The incident occurred around 12:30 p.m. on the side of the building at Trader Joe's on Mill Plain Road in Danbury.

Danbury Fire Department crews stretched a line and rapidly extinguished the fire.

A few adjacent cars were damaged due to the volume of fire upon arrival.

The Danbury Fire Marshals Office was called in to investigate the cause of the fire which is undetermined at this time.
